ThermadorRepair Miami

13 jobs, with the range behind every figure

What a Thermador repair costs, and what moves the number.

Every figure here is a starting point with its market range printed beside it, not a quote. The exact cost is settled after a diagnostic, because the same code covers a filter you can clean and a pump you cannot — and a number guessed over the phone is either padded or cannot be honored.

  • 13 jobs with a cost page
  • from $95 diagnostic, credited to the repair
  • $135 the least expensive repair here

By job

What each repair starts at

With the national range it sits against, what moves it up or down, and — where it applies — the free thing to try before spending anything.

  • Diagnostic visit cost

What a first visit costs, and why it is the only honest way to price a repair. The fee is credited toward the work when you go ahead, so on a job we carry out it is not an extra line.

    • Credited toward the repair when you approve it
    • The code read — or the blinks counted
    • A second appliance at the same address costs less than a second visit
    What moves this figure
  • Dishwasher drain repair cost

What it costs when water is standing in the tub — and the honest note that a good share of these end at the filter, which costs the visit and nothing more.

    • National range for dishwasher repair: $100–$300
    • The filter and the hose are free to check first
    • The cabinet panel is what adds time, not the part
    What moves this figure
  • Crystal Dry and drying repair cost

The most expensive dishwasher repair on this brand, because the drying is a mineral chamber rather than a heating element. Also the one most often not needed at all.

    • Wet plastics are not a repair on any condensation dryer
    • The zeolite chamber is a combined assembly
    • E2120 and E2130 name it before anyone opens anything
    What moves this figure
  • Control board replacement cost

What a board costs, and the more useful question of whether it is really the board. On this make several conditions name the electronics explicitly, which makes an honest answer easier to reach.

    • National range for mainstream boards: $150–$300
    • Two boards on this equipment, and they fail separately
    • The option code after a swap, which is easy to miss
    What moves this figure
  • Oven repair cost

What it costs when an oven will not heat or will not hold a temperature. The sensor and the element are different parts at different prices, and the code usually says which.

    • National range for oven repair: $130–$350
    • Sensor $100–$250, element $150–$450 as parts and labor
    • On a double oven the code names the cavity
    What moves this figure
  • Induction cooktop repair cost

Induction repairs sit above other cooktops because the electronics are the appliance. The good news is that most induction call-outs turn out to be a protection and cost the visit.

    • Induction repairs generally run above $200 nationally
    • Most call-outs are protections, not failures
    • Supply voltage is a real cause and not our repair
    What moves this figure
  • Cooktop glass replacement cost

The widest range on this site, and one question decides where you land in it: whether the glass is sold separately for your model.

    • National range: $200–$1,000
    • On some models the glass is not a service part
    • The model number settles it in about a minute
    What moves this figure
  • Professional range repair cost

A Pro Grand or Pro Harmony is two appliances on one chassis, so the honest answer starts with which half has stopped.

    • Dual-fuel repairs nationally: $180–$390 by part
    • The gas half and the electric half price differently
    • Most repairs are done without moving the range
    What moves this figure
  • Refrigeration sealed system repair cost

The most expensive repair on this site. The figure is built-in refrigeration rather than this brand, and the cheap causes get ruled out before anybody says the words.

    • National range: $1,200–$2,400
    • Condenser, seal and airflow checked first, every time
    • Repair against replacement said plainly, with both figures
    What moves this figure
  • Compressor replacement cost

The largest single repair on a refrigeration column — and the one where a second look at the diagnosis is worth the most money.

    • National range: $1,400–$2,800 all in
    • A compressor that hums and stops is often a relay
    • Built-in columns are not freestanding refrigerators
    What moves this figure
  • Ice maker and water repair cost

What it costs when there is no ice or no water — and the note that a flashing filter symbol is three seconds on two buttons rather than a repair.

    • National range: repair $100–$225, replace $250–$600
    • The filter reset is free and it is often the whole answer
    • Small hollow cubes are supply, not the ice maker
    What moves this figure
  • Range hood repair cost

The least expensive appliance on this site to repair, and we would rather say so than let a page imply otherwise.

    • Fan motor nationally: $100–$250
    • Filters are washable and are often the whole complaint
    • Where the blower lives decides the job
    What moves this figure
  • Appliance installation cost

Above the usual figure for a reason: panel-ready columns and professional ranges are fitted to cabinetry rather than pushed into a gap.

    • Panels hung and aligned to the cabinets
    • Clearances done to specification, which prevents later errors
    • Setup included: water hardness, filter registration, temperatures

Why some of these are lower than you expect

The badge does not set the price. Being built in does.

A dishwasher drain pump costs the same part behind a cabinet panel as it does in a rental kitchen; the hour spent getting the panel off and back on square is the difference. That cuts both ways — the range hood on this site is genuinely inexpensive to repair, and most induction call-outs turn out to be a protection and cost the visit.

Where a figure is high, it is high for a reason we can name: refrigeration sealed-system work is built-in refrigeration, and that is physics and access rather than a premium on the name.

Before you spend anything

Some of these are not repairs at all.

A flashing filter symbol is three seconds on two buttons. Wet plastics are how condensation drying works. An induction zone that shut down after a long session above a hot oven is a protection. Grease-saturated hood filters go in the dishwasher.
