## What we repair on a Thermador, and what each job involves.

Every page here says what the work actually is, what it starts at, and what you can check yourself before paying anybody. The diagnostic is credited toward the repair, and no exact price is given before an appliance has been looked at — a published figure that turns out to be wrong on the doorstep is worse than no figure at all.

## Every job we do, with what it starts at

A job specific to one appliance has its own page with that appliance attached. There is no grid of nine appliances times twenty-one jobs, because most of those combinations are not work anybody does.

## Built-in is what makes a repair expensive, not the badge.

A dishwasher drain pump is the same part whether it is behind a cabinet panel or not. What differs is the hour spent getting the panel off and back on square. The same is true the other way: refrigeration sealed-system work costs what it costs because it is built-in refrigeration, and that is physics rather than a premium on the name.

So the figures on these pages follow the work rather than the make. Where a job is genuinely cheap on this equipment — the hood, the filter reset, most induction call-outs — the page says so.

## Tell us the model and what the display says.

Those two things are usually enough for us to say which job it is, what it involves and what it should cost — before anyone comes out. If there is no display, tell us what the lights are doing: on this equipment that is the code.
